She founded Isse & Lo, providing bilingual books, toys, and cultural tools to help parents connect children with their Caribbean heritage. She's also a consultant working at the cross-section of impact and strategy. She loves work that focuses on cultural preservation, fostering pride, and connection among Haitian families. She's the mother to one daughter, and bonus mom to three boys.
