Exploring Religion and Spirituality with Adi Sudarkoff and Nicole Ralston
Wednesday Apr 12, 2023
Wednesday Apr 12, 2023
Today's episode centers around a big topic: Religion and Spirituality. For the past couple of years, I've been fascinated with this concept of religion and spirituality and where I find myself in that. Clearly, there are many layers to this topic and there's a lot that we could talk about but in today's episode, my guests, Adi Sudarkoff, Nicole Ralston, and I dive into this topic from the lens of our own upbringing and past experiences and where we find ourselves now. The 3 of us have had several conversations centered on this topic and I thought it'd be fun to invite you into one of our conversations.
A little intro about my two guests and friends:
Adi is a Human Design Specialist and Spiritual Life Coach to witchy, woo weirdos whose unsung superpowers are their empathy, intuition and Divine Feminine Essence. As a Projector and a Guide, Adi helps her clients bridge the gap between their Soul’s greatest desire to BE their truest selves, and their day-to-day life’s seeming limitations.

In today’s episode, I dive into this behavior/habit/tendency that is present in all of us, whether we’re conscious and aware of it or not. The Magic of Intuition with Sarah Noble
Wednesday Mar 29, 2023
Wednesday Mar 29, 2023
Ever wonder what it's like to connect to your intuition? In this episode, Sarah Noble and I dive into all the different nuances of intuition: what it is, how we connect to it, and what intuition does for us when we are tuned into and connected with our intuition.
Listen in to hear the vast amount of wisdom and insights that came through this conversation. It was definitely a magical conversation!
Sarah is a mystic, spiritual guide, and transformational coach. As a portal between the seen and the unseen worlds, she lives in devotion to creating spaces that allow people to be fully ALIVE and deeply connected to their intuition. She knows that we are ALL intuitive and have the capacity to connect with what we cannot see, and because of this loves inspiring people to embrace their magic and live in the mystery of life. Knowing that life is ALWAYS loving us, even in the hard moments, and understanding that how we show up for everything is connected to how we are loving and being with ourselves, she loves to play in the places that awaken the truth of YOU and ignite the gifts of your intuition, magic, and your deepest desires.
Sign up for Sarah's FREE gift, called 'Ignite your Intuition'. It is a gift to guide you on your intuitive journey. It includes a workbook to get clear on what is in the way of you being connected to your intuition, a ceremony with the elements to deepen your inner knowing, and meditation to harness the power of the earth to support you.

Exploring Human Design with Adi Sudarkoff
Wednesday Mar 15, 2023
Wednesday Mar 15, 2023
Have you heard of Human Design? It's a unique and insightful personality assessment tool with many facets and layers to it. In this episode, we dive into the basics of Human Design with Adi Sudarkoff, a Spiritual Life Coach and Human Design Specialist.
Adi is a Human Design Specialist and Spiritual Life Coach to witchy, woo weirdos whose unsung superpowers are their empathy, intuition, and Divine Feminine Essence. As a Projector and a Guide, Adi helps her clients bridge the gap between their Soul’s greatest desire to BE their truest selves, and their day-to-day life’s seeming limitations.
As soon as her children were born 11 and 9 years ago, Adi knew she needed to become the best version of herself so she could model that for her son and daughter.
But what does “best version” mean?
As a conditioned, frazzled mom, she let the world’s outside expectations overwhelm her. She abandoned her magic and imagination in favor of hustle, scarcity, and perfectionism. She lived the first years of her kids’ lives in a haze of depression, anxiety, low self-worth, insomnia…longing to belong.
Human Design led Adi on a journey of Remembering who the best version of herself truly is: an intuitive, empathetic, magical human being, driven by the vision of an abundant, expansive future. She remembered who she was and who she is becoming, and that she always belongs when she is in service to Sovereignty and Expansion.
Now, as a coach, Adi uses the Stories and Archetypes in the Human Design chart to help divinely receptive humans reconnect to their deepest desires so they can expand into the best versions of themselves, and bring a brighter future to light.
Adi lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She loves knitting, hiking the hills around her home, and bingeing ghost stories on Netflix.
